XDK wroteLOL im 18 why is a game rated but the rating does not get enforced. I remember you had to have a parent buy GTA (which is M), this game is M and alot of people underage are allowed to buy it. I see people 15 and under in every game I join sometimes its really messed up...
But nice post its 100 percent true and I agree with you
From the first GTA?

Unbound-7s wrote This is why i love being 18 and having the power to D0X kids.. i get a free gamertag and do not have to worry about idiot kids screaming @ me
Could you possibly take someones account named vFaDeZv? No, because you can't D0X. If you can, why steal accounts. If I ever get in a game with you, you will for sure be reported.

I can buy\play them without parental consent.
Edit: I would also like to point out that the ESRB is stupid. It just makes it unreasonably difficult for people to play games.
I don't see why it's a big deal if kids like to play the game. Just mute and move on if they're annoying. As long as their parents say it's cool and buy it for them then it's perfectly legal.

Is it the question if it's legal or if its right when they are immature ?

I just can't see a problem. I mean sure if the kid is like 6 or 7 years old, then that's pushing it. They might have a difficult time understanding the difference between what's real and what's fake. But an older kid, such as 10-16, maybe even 9, they know the difference. They don't try to act out things they see on TV that they know are wrong, (if raised\taught to know better.) I started playing games when I was like 3 and 4 years old with my dad. Some of them were probably rated M games, and I turned out just fine. You just have to have decent enough parents to teach you the difference and\or logical thinking.
Sorry for the wall of text.

Quit bitching and get off your period, this is TheTechGame, not TheBitchGame! Who cares if you're not old enough to play the game, it was made for fun time. By the way you're not a girl and you know it, so stop! End of story, close topic and delete. Everybody that thumbs this post up is the smarter and more recreational type of gamer who plays to enjoy.
