Check your Email for an Email from them.. they'll send it to you. If they give you no proof, you can call them and appeal your ban.

You have fun trying to sue a company called 'Xbox'. Microsoft made the Xbox and Xbox 360, so it's them you'd go after.
Either way, you can't sue a company that banned you for voiding their terms of use. It's your own fault, and you're banned until they say you're unbanned. There's no way out of it.

Check your email and it should tell you what you were banned for. If you dont have an email, call xbox support.
