Weapon: MP7 w/ Silencer and Range as proficency (spelling?).
Secondary: FMG9 w/ Akimbo.
Perks: Sleight of Hand, Hardline and Dead silence.
Gear: I use Semtex and concussion.
Strike Package: Specialist using Assassin, scavenger and a last one of your choice, I usually go with Extreme Condition.

1) I pick Hardline because then you get your first specialist perk after 1 kill OR (if you got hardline pro) you'll get it after 2 assists.
2) You can also use Kick as proficency. I use Range tho.
3) You could also use Stinger as secondary, shooting down killstreaks add up to your point streak.
4) You could go with Scorpion as your secondary w/ Akimbo

Weapon: Striker w/ extended mags. Damage as proficency.
Secondary: FMG9 w/ Akimbo.
Perks: Sleight of Hand, Hardline and Dead Silence.
Gear: I use semtex and concussion.
Strike Package: Specialist using Assassin, Steady Aim and Scavenger.

1) I pick Hardline here too because of the same reason.
2) Instead of using Damage as proficency you can go with range and go BEAST mode.
3) You can go with Grip as you attachment if you don't like Extended mags.
4) Here too, you COULD use stinger because of the same reason as I wrote on the MP7 extra info.
5) You could go with Scorpion as your secondary w/ Akimbo.

You unlock these weapons very late, so I suggest you to use a Prestige tocken to unlock these weapons info you choose to prestige.
