I saw this posted once before but it only gave details for xbox. Ps3 it works the same way, except with the O button. I just tried it out and i went from 1700 or so bonus to about 3000 xp bonus.
What to do on Xbox
When the match ends, directly when you see your match binus and the score hit B button as fast as possible. To prove it works, look at your original bonus at the end, then scroll over in the game summary. The number SHOULD be higher
What to do on Ps3
Same concept as Xbox, except with the Circle Button. Hit as much as possible, and you will recieve more xp in the match bonus
I'd suggest using this as much as possible before it gets patched
To answer the question I know will be coming, you can't get banned for this, as theres no way to track it.

this doesnt work idiots.. do it without pressign B, it will still happen. stuff like shooting down helicopters, points for getting perks from kills and such add on to the last match bonus, not the one seen IN GAME.

Uploading proof right now. theres a clear distinction between the one you EARN in game from all the stuff you mentioned and the number in the game summary. Dont try to discredit it because you dont believe it

I can confirm that this DOES work. The first time I tried it, I received a bonus of 5k.
