Nobody can block an I.P as no booter is strong enough the worst he can do is kick you offline for a maximum of 6 hours or slightly longer it depends on how strong his booter is.

I agree, it just depends on who it is.

Its possible, but highly unlikely.
The only real, one way, to hack it would be through XBL servers. BUT, Thats something only real hackers would do. You can tell hes not a real hacker because hes threatening you like a kid.

There are other ways though. I consider these "noob friendly":

Key-logging. <---virus

S.E.<--dont give out your info. and your safe

RATs<--- another type of virus, more advanced but still as noobish

No, he is most likely just another mic warrior thinking he can "hack" your xbox live profile.

He more than likely has no idea how to actually gain access to your account, but, he can flood your internet connection (aka IP Flooding). But if your internet service goes out for longer than 30 seconds or so, then follow these steps.

How to stop an IP Flooding attack:

- Go to your router and modem.
- Un-plug them both for 10 seconds.
- Plug them back in.
- Wait for them to boot up, and receive the signal.

And there you go.
