I have all my card details set up on my Xbox live account and every month I buy 6000 Microsoft points for 51.00. The money came out my bank account, but no points were added to my account. I phoned Microsoft and they insisted the points had been added to my account and that I'm trying to scam them to get my money back and have the 6000 Microsoft points.
