I've been trying to get the squad leader, architect, big money, and horder medals all simultaneously. So far the method I've been using is this.
Horde start wave 1
Difficulty Casual
Mutators: Super Reload, Friendly Fire, No Ammo Pick Ups
Using a second guest controller
At the start I run and set up the command post (Founder ribbon), then I play through the first wave, that gets me a point toward (Horder and Squad Leader) also some money toward Big Money. Then I run back to my second controller, we both grenade tag each other and die. Start from beginning and rinse and repeat. I figured redoing the first wave is easiest since it is well.... the first wave.
Takes a little less than 2 minutes per runthrough.
It's pretty fast but considering that I need about 600 runthroughs for squad and founder thats 1200 minutes, which is 20 freaking hours!!!! Thats going to be really boring to do for 20 hours, so I'm wondering if anyone has a faster way.
If you do please post it, help would be really appreciated it. If not well, I guess you can all start grinding right along with me..... lol.

You can find someone that has thos medals and then let them do the transfer glitch too you

you could also start wave 10 casual with mutators on and die at the end of the round that helped me with big money
