You could restore your computer to default factory settings.

To restart your computer in safe mode shut down your computer reboot it and before windows starts press F8 and use the up and down arrow keys to navigate and start it up in safe mode, also i recommend AVG antivirus or BitDefender Total Security 2012.

Hope this helped

1. turn of computer
2. turn on
3. right when u press the power button, immediately keep pressing F8 until you see a weird menu
4. there you should be able to navigate to the safe mode option and run it

i hope this helped you

When you first turn on your computer, start tapping the F8 key. You should be given a choice to run in Safe Mode.
While in safe mode, use your antivirus to remove the trojans. I also suggest downloading the program MalwareBytes Anti-Malware Tool. Works wonders.
