I'm glad our local theater management has adopted a no cell-phone policy...anyone caught using their phone at all (texting or calling) during the movie will be ejected from the theater, without a refund, and will be banned from returning...

As for myself, I've never really had too much of an issue at the movies themselves...only issue I had was at the concession stand of a theater here in town that no longer exists. Was off work on a holiday once, went to go see a movie that I can't even remember, and lots of other folks had the same plan. This place had probably 20-30 folks all entering the place when it opened, and they had ONE person manning the entire concession stand. Barely made it to my seat for the show, even though I'd arrived in plenty of time...very annoying.
