Well if you looked at the files in the game you would see all the textures they made also if you did run the game it is version 1.1 pre alpha but can be done when a newer copy of the game is out
Then again all xna games a based on the .net framework so reverse engearing the game is easy

will we keep the axe online also can you pm me a copy of the game with the tech axe ready to be unpacked?

i dont know what you mean you need to be an xna developer to run the game if you just replaced the default .exe it would just error out and your save will be in the xna game launcher folder so you will have to copy your world over.
because all that says if you have the techaxe or not is the serverinfo.dat on your save. but very few know how to mod it.

I am a full XNA Developer. I have paid the $99 for the membership and, it would be great if you could send me your .ccgame in a PM or tell me more detailed instructions in PM or your AIM.

if i put the game in a .ccgame file it will rebuild a new .exe that will just give you blue screen and if i edit the .exe in the file it will fail hash checks plus this is simpler than clicking unpack and waiting for the game to be re downloaded to the xbox every time you want the tech axe

what are you talking about are you modding the real game or a xna version?

who is to say that they still dont give it out just to very very few people.they stop giving it out to stop getting emails but its still possible to get it
