No, i am not going to supply tutorials but you can google/youtube them
To get recon, first get a USB or Transfercablee and mod your gamerscore, unlock all the acheivments for halo 3, then sign into xbox and then go to bungie.net and sign in with your modded gamertag, then go to options > profile >service tag > road to recon
