I was just wondering how they make the covers of callof duty, do they take pictures, and make it look animated, or what. I realize it takes years of practice and perfection, but what program might they use and stuff. I was just curious

Your title is extremely misleading, as it seems like your asking how they make the game.
The covers and such are made in a variety of different programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks, After Effects etc. The different companies have various methods they prefer so its not all the same for each but those are the programs most of them cover.
