i tried to hotswap my waw and i couldnt get out the magnet you need help?

try hotswapping the new way (Go to xbox tutorials) Must have BenQ Drive. A lot easier, don't even have to open xbox

get out the magnet? you can hotswap without opening the xbox. check this topic and scroll down till you find the hotswapping tutorial, it might help.
