Processor - Pentium(R) Dual Core CPU e6500 @ 2.93GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4:00 (3:21 GB Usable)
System type: 32-bit Operating system
Im not all that good with computers, so im not sure if the above information helps.
I have an NVIDIA G-Force GraphicsCard, But it keeps freezing on me and giving me a coloured pixel-lated screen. And i was thinking maybe my computers performance isnt good enough for it, or the graphics card has had it? So i took it out, now its running off the motherboards graphics card.
But bacsically i recently got a HD PVR and when i record it always lags and freezes. Obviousely this is because i dont have a graphics card installed, But Im wanting too go out and buy a new one, Anyone got any ideas?

what is your budget for a graphics card?
since you're not using it for heavy gaming a 6770 will work for you.

The card can run normal games, but don't expect Battlefield 3 on Ultra. In battlefield 3 Medium 40 - 50 fps
