Se7ensins didn't scam you, a user will've because S7 state that they don't sell kv's.

you cannot call the whole of se7ensins scammers you came across 1 bad user this problem is on every website people scamming for 10th, kv's even when you play mw2 you will get a message to all recent players about 10th games

the mw2 community is full of people trying to scam because people make it so easy

look at things on websites like post count, rep and check out that users profile and look for other stuff they have sold before you enter into any deals with them

if you get lazy you will get scammed so you cannot blame them for that i am sure they are like us banning people all the time i am not a fan of them but talking as a webmaster myself both sites have a big userbase so the same issues will come up
