I got it and I think it's great.
The only thing I don't like is that the battery life is really short.

The pros
The connection speed is much faster.
Loading webpages, getting email, its all just much faster.
Getting my location is much faster, so loading Google Maps, Foursquare, Facebook Places, just works so much better.
The camera rules. From videos to pictures, the quality of photos I am taking now with the iPhone is as good as my point and shoot.
The cons
While everyone is fawning over Siri, I have not really used it. I think it has tremendous potential, especially once application developers can start fully taking advantage of it.
iCloud works, but it does not feel like a finished Apple product. I cant see what photos have synced via a web page and overall managing what is being synced between my 4+ devices was not as easy as it could be.
I had to do a full restore my phone because every time i loaded a photo album the app would crash. I could not delete the photos, nor could i restore from a backup. The full restore seems to fix thing.
If you have the iphone 4, there no point in upgrading.

I know someone said about battery life.
I am always using data and texting and listening to music but battery is still amazing a good 7 hours at min. Other than what I saW it's the greatest phone out there everyone gets so jelly when they see it hahah because everyone has the iPhone 4 and they can't afford to buy it without a contract like I did

ive got the black iphone 4 and my mum has the white iphone 4 but i think you should get the black 4s it looks alot nicer than the white one and if you mark it it wont show as much as on the white one

my dad brought the 4s last weekend and gave me his iphone 4
he said it is alot faster than the iphone 4, its alot better.
also siri is amazing on it, ive messed around with it, you can tell your phone to send text messages, call people, arrange appointments, set alarms by just speaking to your phone. it really is great.
the only downside with the iphone is the battery life, they dont uaually last that long.
