what kinda mods are you looking for, but yes, use a modded rdr gamesave. Look them up

all you need is a flash drive and to download/install Modio onto your desktop. You will have to make an account but once your in it you go through the RDR game saves and mods to find which one you want. save it to your flash drive. put your flash drive into your xbox. go to the dashboard, in My Xbox go right to System Settings. Once there go to memory, your hard rive and flash drive should be there. go to your flash drive. go to the RDR game save/mod and move it to your hard drive. Simple as that! Btw, some mods won't work but most of them should. PM me if you have any questions.
