I need a gaming computer for christmas .. im looking for under 1 grand .. this laptop is a piece of crap and cant run anything anymore..

Suggestions??

Do you have to get a Laptop? You will be able to get a better machine if you get a custom build PC. So, does it have to be a Laptop?

nahh i can settle for a desktop aswell, i just need a better computer SWTOR !!

Add a 2500k to this and you're good to go unless you need an OS or any other accessories. Right now newegg is sold out of 2500k's so wait a little while until they restock. You also might want to add an aftermarket CPU fan so you can overclock.
