So I'm making a site for this guy and his business but I am not sure how much to charge it will be a home page product page and contact page
He also said he'd pay for me to maintain it. But he wants me to give him a price on how much I'd do it for.
What do some of you guys think?

I would say maybe $30-$40
If it gets hard to maintain or takes up time, either ask to be payed more or stop maintaining it.

Seems a little low still if it was a single page site id do that. But I'm thinking $60 per page so $180 for the site plus monthly check to maintain it.

Depends on the quality of the site, and how fast it takes for you to fix any bugs that may occur.
Wait for the outcome, then post a preview of it or something. Then we will probably get more estimates for you.

80 ($125) GBP at the least for the initial website and then a minimum of 10 GBP ($10) per change after the client has paid the 80 GBP and says they're happy with it. Obviously up this change price depending on the work required.
