That build will run Syrim on medium/high settings. However, you will probably want/need upgrades within the next 2 years.
I would suggest saving your money and buying a 2500k. The overclocking will come in handy.
Make sure your motherboard supports PCI 3.0. Once Ivy Bridge CPU's come out, your PCI slots will get much faster transfer rates which comes in as a very nice feature for video cards.
And don't buy a cheap PSU. You'll regret it when it dies in a month. Corsair is my favorite PSU supplier and was voted #1 PSU supplier this year. Look for the 80+ certification.
