Everytime i hit shut down on my computer it 'load' like its shutting down and then just freeze everytime and i have to manually shut it down via power button on computer. I have Windows 7 btw.

Boot in safemode. Then turn it off normally. If it turns off ok its a program that is stopping it. If it does the same issues its a windows issue. Reply with the result and we can diagnose more.
