If you own call of duty elite, and are not a founder, Do you get all the map packs for free?

You only get the map packs for free if you are a premium member.
Founders get little bonuses but just regular Elite users don't get any bonus to using the service.

If you are premium you WILL get all the map packs all 9
Founder doesnt have many bonuses (im one) you mainly get a special in-game camo, If you sign up by the 13th you will get founder though!
