I discovered this little bug by accident. It allows you to get outside of Windhelm and into the pre-loaded world to explore. I'm not sure if there's anything too interesting outside, but I know you could do this in Oblivion as well, with roughly the same results.

One thing I didn't include in the video is if you'd like to leave the pre-loaded world you can fast travel to any city and leave to load the map back up to normal.

Edit: If you happen to come across a Dragon in your glitchy travels, they fly rather erratically (backwards, yes?) I'll be posting a video to that soon.
