i would says the PSP Go, it is about 200, but soon it will be the touch screen PSP Vita, but if you looking for something cheaper then check out the older models such as the PSP 1000,2000, or 3000. Some downsides to the Go is that it doesnt support UMD discs(if you previously had a psp) but it can also be good because it has 16GB or storage and have all your games on 1 drive not having to carry discs all around
