So I found this glitch that will let you get the challenges for getting kills with killstreaks like 5 in 1 pred, 6 in 1 stealth bomber, etc.
I don't know if this has been found before but I just found this myself a few weeks ago.

You can see I only got 1 kill with my stealth bomber, but I still got the challenge for getting 6 kills with 1 stealth bomber, since I have gotten a total of 6 kills with multiple stealth bombers.

I assume this works for predator missiles and others as well. Like calling in 4 predator missiles, first gets 2 kills, second gets 1, third gets 1, fourth gets 1, and you could get a challenge for 5 in 1?

So you have to get this in 1 game? or does the challenge continue in in multiple games?

yes, it has to be in 1 game. not multiple.
