ive had my xbox live account for a year and i know the email but not the password, i made it like a year ago, is there a program which i can download that tells me the password? my account is on my xbox i just wanna know the password.

You can go onto google or whatever kind of email it is and click forgot password. Sometimes theres the security question to get into it then change your password for the xbox live account. If you know the email and password for the email itself just go into there. Hope this helps
