So, as the titles says, for the past, eh, 45 - 60 mins. I've been attacking the people of Whiterun and looting their bodies (they have a lot more jewelry then I expected). Anyways, I went door to door with all the house keys I got and looted as much as I could. I went to my Breezehome chest multiple times and stashed everything in there, then finally went into the Dragonsearch and went to jail with nothing on me. (I had a 24k gold fine ) Well, after I came out I made a few observations. 1) Everything was in my chest so now I can make some serious gold, and 2)All the NPC's are dead (Besides the few that would just kneel then heal up again and never actually die). So my questions are: Will they ever respawn? Will all the children that wouldn't die stop making comments about the dead bodies and that they "know what I've done"? Will I still be able to any quests related to the dead NPC's once/if they spawn?
