Kk, I am still updating it to be able to mod health, stamina, carryweight, and if it is possible; method on how to mod perk points.

Tested and couldn't open it. Even reinstalled .NET 4 and restarting. I'm on Win7. Any solutions?


I will try to fix this problem, your the second person that has reported it. Please give me a picture of the error you get. Also, please remember to keep the DevComponents and PackageIO DLL file's in the same filepath as the application it's self.

Working on a fix for all solutions.

Guys im reasonably sure this is a rat(Virus). I would advise you don't download this. Before you say im a dumb-ass i know how rats work, i made them before.

Nice Tool Works great thanks man i needed more dragon souls Edit i got it to load but when i try and save it says conversion from does not work to type integer is not valid

Ahh, I will try to fix that problem as soon as I can, also, I am doing a complete GUI redesign of the program, it will look nothing like this. Thanks for reporting the error.

I know, it's because of the files it uses, I am redsigning it right now, update will be avalible in just a second, lots of bugs reported.
