Once you update you will be disconnected
then you have to re connect the it will say theres new t
erms and conditions click view then you have to
accept that in order for it to let you connect

this didnt help but i clicked the topic cause i was having this problem.

i just cleared my cache on xbox harddrive and closed my browser.
