someone can help me.. i updated my dashboard and now because of the update, i have to agree to terms and conditions... so i click yes but i need to put in a password for my mum and dads email.. i do this and it says it incorrect?? i can log onto their gmail account but its telling me its invalid when i try to log onto xbox.. HELP??!

It can't be gmail it has to be a microsoft powered Email such as @hotmail or @live

Uhh... I use a *******@gmail .com and I didn't have any trouble.

no yous dont understand, the parent email is a gmail account... so u can use gmail, and i cant connect to xbox live without putting this password in

Change the password for the email on the xbox.com website or change the password at the gmail.com website.
