I cant connect to XBl because of some crazy reason, and i cant get the update that will fix the problem, I'm beyond pissed.

I was having the same issue. I found the update online and copied it to a flash drive that and your xbox will install automatically. Here is the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . This is Microsoft's page with the download and instructions.

Go to system settings, network, test xbox live connection and it should pop up about the update
