Hey ttg, i have been getting the status code 3524 - 396b - 1380 - 0703 - c000 - 0099 whenever i try to update, can someone help me?

i just want to update

Remove disk tray then update.

Maybe your xbox cannot get the new update. Therefore speak to Microsoft.They will then give you a brand new 260GB Xbox Slim. Thats what is being said anyways.

They said some xbox360's will not be compatabile to the new dash so you have to contact them

call them up and explain your problem you might be lucky and get a 250gb slim
