First of all you will need a capture device, prices will vary depending on the quality that you want to livestream. Also a decent connection speed is good for best results.

Some capture cards;
HD PVR <3> all programs > Hmelyoff Labs > VHScrCap > Config
You will get a window like this click on "Create new one"

It will then bring up a screen like this

Move this to the side of what you want to be livestreaming then click on "select" and drag the dimensions of what you are livestreaming!

Once you do that your ready to livestream!
Unfortunatly I cannot show you how to do this on justin.tv because im susbended due to showing my lobby but I will show you how to on livestream.com
which will be the same thing on justin.tv just different lay out.
Create a account and click broadcast and click allow to allow then to see your camera.

From there you want to click on the drop down list and select VHScrCap and click Go Live, and your offically broadcasting!
