I really want a laptop this Christmas and when I asked my mam she said not a chance they're too expensive. I've looked around myself but I only find ones that are like 800 which is wayy over budget. But also I wouldn't want a shitty laptop cause that would just be a waste. One that's alright for gaming (nothing special just able to run minecraft well and things like that)

I would try going to the best buy website then look for laptops under 300

This is mine it's a little out of your budget but either ask your mum if you can have this one or just ask her for money at christmas and save up for this.
It's a really good laptop i don't use it to much just for uni and stuff as i have a awesome desktop however it can play Minecraft at highest settings, Garry's Mod, Counter Strike Source and a bunch of other stuff.

He is English around by me they say mam alot (I am also English) that's how I can tell so he means 300 which is worth about $470.
