Just curious about what the people on here's favourite metal bands are, e.g Prog metal, heavy metal, death metal, metalcore, deathcore.. ya know what i mean?
Personally, i would have to say Avenged Sevenfold or Dream Theater, i know nowadaysmost consider A7X to be a hard rock band, but back in 01-04 they were metalcore, and i love those albums most With dream theater, i think their best album has to be either Images & Words, or Train of Thought, amazing albums, check em out!

Dream Theater must be the most talented band i have ever saw live, each member is a god of their own instrument without doubt!
