ok,so running windows you want to type cmd in run and then when there type ipconfig/all. Locate ipv4 address, then open your router page (type 192.168.1.1 in browser.)Go to your port forwarding, have TCP/UDP, start port 25565 end 25565, then for the server ip address use the ipv4 from the CMD. then click ok, run server and check if your port is open on [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (Type 25565 as your port) Hope i helped, PM if you need more help.

If you don't want to portforward then.

1. download: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .

2. Make an account.

3. Run hamachi, and create a new connection.

4. Now if you want people to join your server, they need to be connected with you trough hamachi.

5. Give them your network name, and let them join

6. Have fun on Minecraft!!
