the prestige glitch is very hard to do and even if you do it perfectly it has like a 2% chance of working
Heres how you do it
1. Be level 80 and ready to prestige
2. Go to the last screen before prestiging
3. Simultaneously click "Enter Prestige" and unplug your ethernet cable
If done correctly you will be one prestige ahead and still level 80 but you will be banned for this so don't try
