You have to use a Patch Blocker. Here the link to the best one I use it. ( my opinion )
And heres the steps to use it.
1. Whatever game your trying to patch block on, Go to Game Data Utility and delets the games patch.
2. Open patch blocker on your computer and have it ready.
3. On your ps3, Go to Settins>Networks Settings>Internet connection settings.
4. Once your there go to custom and connect to your internet, but while you are going to the right stop at the Proxy Server settings and select use. Type in the IP Address showing on the patch blocker in the bar on your ps3.
5. When you do that click Start Blocking on your computer on the patch blocker.
6. Then finish your connection setting and go play !

ok, i have a patchblock here, but it is 4 a bypass, my question is to play multiplayers

if you read he says 1.13 which is non bypass

Hes saying he has patches that only work on 1.12, but hes on 1.13 and whats to know how to get them to work on 1.13 ? If thats the case then I dont know, But if you bypassed you could use those patches I think.

Basically, 1.12 and 1.13 are non bypassed patches and 1.11 are bypassed
