Does anyone know why my photoshop keeps not responding when ever i start it up? ive tried redownloading it and everything

Try restarting your computer overall, that may help.

your computer might not be fast enough to load it maybe get a new one or upgrade.

First of all, try reinstalling it. If that doesn't work you might just have insufficient RAM to support Photoshop. If that's the case try pressing ctrl-alt-esc or ctrl-alt-del depending on what OS you are running. Go to processes and try to close those that use up a lot of memory and are NON ESSENTIAL ( Don't go and end explorer.exe or anything that says host etc lol
