I forgot it and need it to use the FUT 12 Webb app

it could be the same email that is linked wiv your xbox account

from the main menu, Xbox Live > My Fifa 12/11 Online, EA Account Settings.

it should say your email there, you can change the password/email from there without your old password incase you forgot it.
