I bought my NCAA Football 12 used and the online pass didn't work. I went to ea's website and went to live support and told them my story. They gave me a code without asking me for the one that didn't work. Say something like "I went to Gamestop today and bought a used copy of Madden 12. When I entered the online pass that was in the case, it was invalid." They will likely give you an online pass.
