Lets slow down for one second, you are playing demolition. From my knowledge you always spawn at same point, always. Ergo, taking into account the spawn system of demolition, he clearly aimed the predator missle towards your teams spawn point knowing he will get 2 kills. However you had to join and spawn before the predator landed.
