Hey everyone, I am applying for a job at a car wash tomorrow. The building is being built as we speak, and the company is offering immediate interviews.
In general, does that mean they will interview you on the spot and hire you?
What does an immediate interview mean? When I show up to be interviewed/apply, do I simply knock on the door to their construction trailer?
I'm confused and need any help possible. Please do help, and if you have no idea; DON'T POST.

I never heard of a company who interviews you and hires you on the spot.
Immediate interview means that they want interviews quick. Usually they will interview you and call you.

So more than likely, I will go to the place, be interviewed, and they'll let me know if I receive a job?
They seem to need lots of employees, since it's in a high traffic area.

I think immediate interview means they will interview you right there, but idk if they will hire you right away. And yeah just go up and ask. Knock on the trailer thing if no one else is around.

I actually drove there today, and there were 2 Ford Escapes parked in the parking lot, and then there were two people inside the trailer.
Another question, do lots of people apply for these kinds of jobs? Or am I right to assume that not a ton of people jump on the position?

Most likely it won't be immediate give it like a week and if your turning in an application and you know no one there put down everything you have achieved in life for example I applied for a cook at papa ginos and I put down that I was a boy scout and that I had worked with computers with someone I know ( even though I only helped him for a week) and guess what even though it had no revelance to the position I got it over the other guy. Just a helpful hint and ask for the person in charge and get a conversation going with him

It decently sized. To Tokin; Possibly Navy too; This kind of job wouldn't require that kind of detail right? I mean, it's more of a 8.25 an hour car wash that I can work at while I'm at college.
Do I need a resume? Or can I just use the application?

Also if you in college and expecting minimum wage expect that your Garunteed the job because most people appling there will be 16 year old jerk offs only appling because theyre parents are making them
