Logistics wrote Do it. I am joining when I am 18. I am only a Freshmen now but already did some stuff for it.

I will be finishing flying school soon. I bet you can guess what I am joining for?
I'd love to fly but I'm colour-blind :/ (green to red deficient)

Allen_Gregory wrote I doubt you will like it, I'm doing my Six weeks training soon and to be honest I'm shitting myself, even though I know if I don't like it at the end of the six weeks I have the option to stay and not leave to fight.

You hear stories everyday that someones been killed by a I.E.D, I wouldn't want that to be me or a friend, because if it was me I couldn't imagian how my family and friends would feel, but then if it was a friend I wouldn't want to feel the way I know I would.

It's unlikely I will leave to fight, based on those reasons although I do want to help my country so I'm thinking of joining the Police or becoming a Paramedic just so I'm doing something that is helping the country, I know it doesn't compare to being a solider. But I haven't got just myself to think about.

I look forward to hearing what your decsion was, don't make the decision on the act that you think Call Of Duty or Battlfield is good, because in war YOU DIE ONCE, NO RESPAWNS.

You sound like a very intelligent young man, good luck in whatever you choose

Thanks I just want to do something that will make a difference that will help people, but yet I don't want to overly endanger my own life. I've seen on the news how when a Solider dies they have another three 'Boys' not even men ready to take his/her place.
