Silencer on every gun
Camp / patrol an area
Make sure you have the kill before you shoot.

Edit:
Also, play with good kids, the better your teammates, the less chance you get killed by random preds, airstrikes, stealths, etc....

Roll with a team i am a lone wolve on that game and my KD is 1.66 and W/L is 2.55

Play with some friends.

Play domination (spawns are more predictable)

Try not to get mad when you die, if you get annoyed it makes you play worse.

Use pointstreaks that you can get pretty much everygame.

Use hardline/quickdraw if you want to patrol an area or asassin if you want to flank/rush the enemy.

Use a sensitivity you can control. No point in having 10 sens if your aim is all over the place.
