Looks pretty damn good! Far better than mine anyway.
I'm almost certain you'd be able to play most games on high without any problems.

Hey, were are you getting these parts from? I might help you.

I also recommend you DOWNLOAD windows 7. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate From ThePirateBay, and it doesn't even need activation.

heres three boards you could use:
Crossfire:
    ASUS M5A97 -- AMD 970 or
    Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 -- AMD 970

SLI:
    ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Professional -- AMD 990FX w/ 2x Gb LAN, 3x PCI-E 2.0 x16 or
    Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 -- AMD 990FX w/ 4x PCI-E 2.0 x16

3-Way SLI:
    ASUS Crosshair V Formula -- AMD 990FX w/ 4x PCI-E 2.0 x16 or
    Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 -- AMD 990FX w/ 4x PCI-E 2.0 x16

I would personally go with ASRock Fatal1ty its a nice board
