There isn't really a best player to use the 59th minute to get.
The best league that i would recommend would be the Barclays Premier League and 4-1-2-1-2.

Mario Gomez, People list him 4-5k BIN all the time and I sell him for 6.2k listing it for 12 hours. Its a small profit but I've made like 60k from so little effort
