ugh, it makes me sad reading posts like this... you can't fake partnership. You are talking about 1 of 3 possible things.

1. a CMS partnership (you need to EARN these with a network like Machinima, Yeousch, or TGN.)
2. Adsense (this is not partnership but is quite easy to earn, just simply apply on youtube.)
3. Anyone you see who is partnered and you "think" they have a fake partnership is a CMS. CMS is counted as real partnership because a company does actually partner you with youtube, just there is a middle man. Any1 offering to fake partner you will either take your account or scam you of your money, or both.
