Not bad. Do you know what you plans says your speeds are supposed to be? Seems to me like you might be getting down spike on your download speed. Sometimes the best thing to do is either wait it out or close anything that uses a lot of internet data. Usually anything that streams like lets say Netflix or YouTube. It takes data when it needs it thus decreasing your speed. As on a computer, if too much is used, it slows down. But I still don't seem to see the root of the problem. Is it on all devices it's doing it. I remember you saying it was fast on your iPhone but then it spiked down again. Maybe even restarting your router MIGHT help. Not sure but it might be worth a try. It's not at all PC related since it's happening on multiple devices.
