Okay i want to be a pure strength , can you guys give me any tips?

59 MAGIC (OR 80 IF U WANT TELEBLOCK)

My f2p pure before I make it 60 Attack normally is:

45 Attack ( for G2h and Gravite Rapier, or 40 if you aren't getting those )
70+ Strength
1 Defense
If you want to Pk with Range, then get Range up, if not then don't.
Prayer, this is where it's all debatable, me personally I think 31 Prayer is just fine for F2P, if I don't have dungeoneering on the account most of the time I keep it 13 from quests.
Mage? I suggest enough for a Teleport, just in case, you never know.

Gear normally is:
Head: Coif, None.
Neck: Power if Ranging, Strength if melee.
Body: Monk Top
Legs: Monk Bottom, unless Ranging then use Green Chaps
Shoe: Stronghold Shoes, Leather Boots? Doesn't matter.
Cape: Any team cape, I prefer a normal Green Cape.
Arrows: Addy if you're Ranging
Gloves: Vambraces, they're slightly better defense bonus than Leather, or "Gloves"
Weapon: Wide selection.
Rune Scimitar
Rune 2h Sword
Rune Battle Axe
Gravite Rapier
Gravite Longsword
Gravite 2h Sword
Maple Shortbow for Range.

If i'm a Strength Pure with no Dungeoneering, I normally do Rune Scimitar to 2h, as you're one defense, and a shield doesn't really do anything.
